On the description of deformation of large imposed plastic strains
Abstract
The work-hardening rates of a variety of aluminum alloys and steels have been obtained using both tensile tests and instrumented bulge tests. The objective of the study was to examine the progressive decrease of work-hardening rate at large plastic strains. The results are compared with current theories of dynamic recovery.
