CD34 Augmentation Improves Allogeneic T Cell-Depleted Bone Marrow Engraftment

Abstract

T cell depletion (TCD) performed by elutriation has decreased the incidence of acute and chronic graft-versus-host disease (GvHD) following bone marrow transplantation (BMT).
