Anterior Intramuscular Transposition With Ulnar Nerve Decompression at the Elbow

The effectiveness of decompression and anterior intramuscular transposition of the ulnar nerve for treatment of severe cubital tunnel syndrome was evaluated. A consecutive series of 39 anterior intramuscular transpositions were reviewed.
