Development and Early Piloting of a CanMEDS Competency-Based Feedback Tool for Surgical Grand Rounds

Abstract

OBJECTIVE: Grand rounds offer an excellent opportunity for the evaluation of medical expertise, and other competencies, such as communication and professionalism.
