Role of tachykinins in airway responses to ozone in rats
Abstract
Previous studies that used neonatal capsaicin (Cap) treatment to ablate C fibers indicate that C fibers act to inhibit lung damage and airway hyperresponsiveness after ozone (O3) exposure in rats.
