Intramedullary Teratoma in an Adolescent Patient

Abstract Spinal teratomas are rare spinal tumors. Most patients present with myelopathy, myeloradiculopathy, or radiculopathy. The authors describe the rare presentation of spinal teratoma with acute onset of backache followed by sudden paraplegia.
