Lay Summary In our pilot study, combining weekly fecal transplantation with vedolizumab for induction of remission in ulcerative colitis patients who had previously failed other advanced therapy did not result in any adverse events; however, recruitment was limited, likely due to changes in prescribing patterns in this patient population.
