A Culture of Safety: Evolution of the S.T.A.R.T.T. Course

Abstract

The Simulated Trauma and Resuscitation Team Training (S.T.A.R.T.T.) Course is a multidisciplinary trauma team training course designed to teach non-technical (crisis resource management) skills to all trauma team members. The course has evolved over the last decade and continues to improve to meet the needs of the practitioners and incorporate novel technologies and training techniques.
