Autologous transplantation of canine long-term marrow culture cells genetically marked by retroviral vectors
Abstract
Retroviral infection of bone marrow cells in long-term marrow cultures (LTMCs) offers several theoretical advantages over other methods for gene transfer into hematopoietic stem cells.
