Is ISBCS appropriate for MSICS?

Abstract

In the process of creating this book, the chief editor asked different MSICS surgeons if they were performing ISBCS with MSICS. None wished to write a chapter on the subject. This chapter discusses why ISBCS is not common with MSICS, and the possibilities for the future.
