A phenomenological model for auditory nerve responses: including the frequency glide in the impulse response

Abstract

A phenomenological model for the nonlinear tuning of auditory nerve fibers has been developed. The focus of this modeling effort is to simulate the frequency glides in the impulse responses that have been reported for auditory nerve fibers.
