THE RAYLEIGH LINDLEY DISTRIBUTION: A NEW GENERALIZATION OF RAYLEIGH DISTRIBUTION WITH PHYSICAL APPLICATIONS
Abstract
In this paper, we introduce a new generalized form of Rayleigh distribution which offers a more flexible and reliable model for lifetime data. Several statistical properties of the new distribution are explored. Density expansion, moments, order statistics, information measures, Bonferroni and Lorenz curves, hazard and reverse hazard functions are studied.
