Histidine-rich glycoprotein attenuates catheter thrombosis
Abstract
Factor XII (FXII) knockdown attenuates catheter thrombosis in rabbits. Because histidine-rich glycoprotein (HRG) modulates FXIIa activity, we hypothesized that HRG depletion would promote catheter thrombosis.
