The PROGRESS‐CTO perforation risk score. Are you in?

Abstract

Key Points Coronary perforation is a life‐threatening complication of chronic total occlusion angioplasty. In a large assessment, the PROGRESS‐CTO perforation risk score was validated with good discriminatory and calibration performance. The use of this score may help operators to identify patients at high risk of coronary perforation in the real‐world practice and also use it for research purposes.
