Studies on leukocyte β-adrenergic receptors in depression: A critical appraisal

Alterations in beta-adrenergic receptors (BAR) of human mononuclear leukocytes (MNL) are considered to reflect changes in central noradrenergic function and have been studied in a number of diseases.
