The 14N(n, γ)15N reaction as both an intensity and energy standard
Abstract
A series of measurements has been made to establish the photon transition intensities of 14N(n, γ)15N to an accuracy suitable for use as a calibration standard. By observing all transitions possible, use could be made of the decay scheme to constrain a function devised to represent the detector efficiency.
