Cyclopropane fatty acyl synthase in Sinorhizobium meliloti
Abstract
Cyclopropane fatty acyl synthases (CFA synthases) are enzymes that catalyse the addition of a methylene group across cis double bonds of monounsaturated fatty acyl chains in lipids.
