ChemInform Abstract: Topochemical Synthesis of Sodium Metal Phosphate Olivines for Sodium‐Ion Batteries.

Abstract Metastable olivine phases of crystalline Na[Mn 1‐x M x ]PO 4 (M: Fe, Ca, Mg; 0 ≤ x ≤ 0.5) are formed by solid state topotactic reactions of NH 4 [Mn 1‐x M x ]PO 4 ·H 2 O and excess NaOAc (65—100 °C).
