Organizational strategies to address posttraumatic stress injuries among Canadian paramedics
Abstract
BACKGROUND: Paramedics are a high-risk occupational group for posttraumatic stress injuries (PTSI), and increasingly, evidence suggests that organizational factors play a significant role.
