Equipment Designed to Simulate Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation Flexibility Training.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to compare 2 methods of delivering the same proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF) flexibility exercise protocol: one manual and the other machine.
