Electromagnetic potential between nucleons

Abstract

Sauer and Walliser (1977) claimed that there is double counting involving anomalous magnetic moments in the authors' previously proposed electromagnetic potential between nucleons. The authors show that there is no such double counting and that the potentials agree except for higher-order terms in the 1/M expansion. The orbit-orbit interaction is also reexamined.
