Abstract

In this paper, the computational fluid dynamics (CFD) code FLUENT was used to predict wall-temperature profiles inside vertical bare tubes with supercritical water (SCW) as the cooling medium, to assess the capabilities of FLUENT for SCW heat-transfer applications.
