CONTEXT: Employment and Return to Work (RTW) rates following spinal cord injury/disease (SCI/D) are low due to individual and impairments characteristics, secondary health conditions, social and environmental barriers, prior work experience, workplace supports and resources, and physical or psychosocial work demands.
