Detecting single cell interferon-beta production using a fluorescent reporter telomerase-immortalized human fibroblast cell line
Abstract
Recent data suggest that cells respond to infection by upregulating the antiviral cytokine interferon-beta (IFN-ß) in a fraction of infected cells.
