Feedback from health professionals in postgraduate medical education: Influence of interprofessional relationship, identity and power
Abstract
INTRODUCTION: Capitalising on direct workplace observations of residents by interprofessional team members might be an effective strategy to promote formative feedback in postgraduate medical education.
