The electroencephalogram in acute mountain sickness
Abstract
Acute mountain sickness (AMS) is a neurological syndrome characterized by headache, nausea, vomiting, insomnia and ataxia and usually observed within 4 to 96 hr of abrupt ascent to high altitude.
