Laparoscopic-guided gastropexy for intermittent gastric volvulus
Abstract
A 12-year-old girl with acute gastric volvulus associated with severe scoliosis and neurological impairment did well initially with nasogastric tube decompression. To prevent recurrence, anterior gastropexy was performed using percutaneous sutures through the abdominal wall and stomach with the gastroscope in place.
