Evaluation of the autoreactivity of the Cuban Heberbiovac-HB and Vax-TET vaccines in Balb/c mice
Abstract
In order to know if the immunization with the 2 Cuban vaccines usually used during the vaccination schemes induce the generation of autoimmune phenomena (autoantibodies), a longitudinal study was conducted in 30 female Balb/c mice aged 6-8 weeks with a weight between 16 and 18 g.
