Replantation
Abstract
Over the past four decades, significant advances in microsurgical knowledge and techniques have revolutionized the care of patients with upper extremity amputations, allowing for salvage at almost any level. This chapter aims to make recommendations concerning common and/or controversial issues on replantation by reviewing and consolidating the available research evidence.
