OBJECTIVE: Glycogen synthase kinase (GSK)-3α/β has been implicated in the pathogenesis of diabetes mellitus, cancer, Alzheimer, and atherosclerosis. The tissue- and homolog-specific functions of GSK3α and β in atherosclerosis are unknown.
