OBJECTIVE: To establish methods to examine the polar lipids of triglyceride-rich lipoproteins (TRLs) and to examine postprandial changes in glycerophosphocholine (PC) and glycerophosphoethanolamine (PE) polar lipids and in the ratio of diacyl to alkenylacyl components.
