Phenomenological Model for Deformation-Induced Ferrite Transformation
Abstract
A phenomenological model is proposed to describe the conditions under which an ultrafine ferrite (UFF) microstructure forms in low-alloyed steels as a result of deformation-induced ferrite transformation (DIFT).
