An Immunohistological Comparison of Primary Lung Carcinosarcoma and Sarcoma

We wished to assess the antigenic expression of primary lung tumors diagnosed as either carcinosarcoma or sarcoma in order to determine whether this information would be useful in distinguishing the two.
