Frontispiece: DNAzyme Feedback Amplification: Relaying Molecular Recognition to Exponential DNA Amplification

Abstract

A simple but powerful isothermal DNA amplification method, termed DNAzyme feedback amplification (DFA) capable of relaying molecular recognition to exponential DNA amplification is presented.
