Transportation 2.0

Abstract

Most of our current transportation system is not sustainable. It represents transportation 1.0, mainly dependent on fossil fuels. There is a fierce global competition to develop the next generation of vehicles, however, and the most promising and practical sustainable solution is clearly electrification- transportation 2.0. There is, in fact, an evolving paradigm shift in the transportation industry toward more efficient, more reliable, safer, smarter, and higher-performance vehicles that are more environmentally friendly.
