Non-linear multi-body dynamic analysis for the study of clutch torsional vibrations (judder)
Abstract
This paper presents an investigation of the torsional vibration mode of the vehicular clutch system, referred to as judder. This phenomenon takes place during the clutch engagement process on light trucks with Diesel engines.
