Mentoring as a Knowledge Translation Intervention for Implementing Nursing Practice Guidelines: A Qualitative Study
Abstract
An interpretive descriptive qualitative study was conducted to explore the characteristics and outcomes of mentoring used for implementing nursing practice guidelines.
