Direct anti‐cancer effect of oncostatin M on chondrosarcoma

Abstract

The cytokine Oncostatin M (OSM) is cytostatic, pro-apoptotic and induces differentiation of osteosarcoma cells into osteocytes, suggesting new adjuvant treatment for these bone-forming sarcomas.
