Assessment of body composition in pediatric patients with cystic fibrosis
Abstract
RATIONALE: Cystic fibrosis (CF) leads to pathological changes in organs that express the cystic fibrosis transmembrane conductance regulator (CFTR), including secretory cells of the digestive tract and the pancreas.
