New developments in electrolytic deposition of ceramic films
Abstract
Cathodic electrolytic deposition is an important tool in the formation of nanostructured materials, including monolayer and multilayers, powders and composites. With the successful demonstration of the feasibility of electrolytic deposition of important ceramic materials, the full potential of this technique is starting to be recognized.
