Nutritional status affects branched-chain oxoacid dehydrogenase activity during exercise in humans

Abstract

We examined the effect of glycogen availability and branched-chain amino acid (BCAA) supplementation on branched-chain oxoacid dehydrogenase (BCOAD) activity during exercise.
