Photovoltaic properties of M-phthalocyanine/fullerene organic solar cells
Abstract
Photovoltaic devices made from M-phthalocyanine and fullerene have been fabricated and characterized by current–voltage response, lateral time-of-flight photoconductivity, UV-visible absorption and scanning electron microscopy.
