Uptake and Release of Ciprofloxacin-HCl From Conventional and Silicone Hydrogel Contact Lens Materials
Abstract
OBJECTIVES: To investigate the uptake and release characteristics of the antibiotic ciprofloxacin-HCl in conventional and silicone hydrogel lenses, and evaluate their potential as therapeutic drug delivery devices.
