Norovirus infections in preterm infants: wide variety of clinical courses

Abstract

BackgroundNorovirus is an important cause of nonbacterial acute gastroenteritis in all ages. Atypical courses are described. Clinical symptoms are diarrhea, vomiting, nausea, abdominal cramps, fever and malaise.
