Effect of organized doping on concentration quenching in ZnS:Mn

The brightness and decay times of luminescence in ZnS:Mn are predicted if selected planes of ZnS are doped with Mn with monolayer resolution. The Blumen and Silbey dynamic model for energy migration is applied to a 2-dimensional system in ZnS:Mn.
