Formation and characterization of an ideal excitation beam geometry in an optofluidic device
Abstract
An optimal excitation beam shape is necessary to perform reliable flow cytometric analysis but has so far not been implemented in a photonic-microfluidic integrated (i.e. optofluidic) device.
