Midodrine for orthostatic hypotension and recurrent reflex syncope
Abstract
OBJECTIVE: Symptomatic orthostatic hypotension (SOH) and recurrent reflex syncope (RRS) can be disabling. Midodrine has been proposed in the management of patients with these conditions but its impact on patient important outcomes remains uncertain.
