Mucosal mast cells. I. Isolation and functional characteristics of rat intestinal mast cells.

Abstract

We have developed a procedure for the dispersion of mast cells from the intestinal lamina propria (LP) and epithelium of rats infected with the intestinal nematode, Nippostrongylus brasiliensis.
