Altered acetylcholinesterase isozyme patterns in mice with hereditary muscular dystrophy

Normal and dystrophic mouse muscles were separated into a predominantly white muscle fraction (gastrocnemius, extensor digitorum longus) and a predominantly red muscle fraction (diaphragm).
