Calorimetric Analysis of Thermal Phase Transitions in Functionalized Microgels

Abstract

Differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) is used to investigate the thermal phase transitions of a range of N-isopropylacrylamide (NIPAM)-based, carboxylic acid-functionalized microgels with well-defined radial and chain functional group distributions.
